Mrs. Ogechi Ijeoma Gloria Bankole is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of English and Literary Studies at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Literature from Imo State University, Owerri, Imo State and a Master of Arts in English from the University of Ilorin.
Her research interests lie in the areas of cognitive and functional linguistics, with a focus on how language reflects and shapes human thought, social interaction, and communicative behavior. She brings a grounded theoretical perspective to her scholarly work and is committed to advancing meaningful contributions within these fields.
